We have a current opening for a Power BI Data Analyst for our Sacramento Office or Dallas Office.
We’re looking for a strategic and technically savvy Power BI Data Analyst to lead the charge in building scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions that drive smarter decision-making. You’ll help define how we govern, visualize, and grow our reporting ecosystem—anchored in our centralized Data Lake platform.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:
- Build & Optimize Dashboards:
- Create high-impact Power BI reports using standardized themes and layouts
- Design executive-level visuals that are intuitive and decision-ready
- · Establish Governance:
- Launch a report intake process that promotes transparency and speed
- Define request SLAs and triage workflows in collaboration with business teams
- · Modernize Our Report Ecosystem:
- Audit existing reports and partner with stakeholders to refresh or retire legacy assets
- Document usage insights and prioritize high-value dashboard updates
- · Advance Data Integration:
- Collaborate on sourcing high-value external datasets (e.g. Excel files) and enable their incorporation into our centralized Data Lake
- Evaluate and adapt off-the-shelf Power BI reports for internal use
- Set the Visual Bar:
- Deliver design standards and reusable templates that champion accessibility and brand alignment
- Share wireframes, JSON theme files, and layout guides across teams
- Drive Adoption:
- Host workshops to train users on connecting Power BI to the Data Lake
- Provide starter PBIX files and support materials to promote self-service analytics

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in data analytics with strong Power BI proficiency
- Experience building
