System Engineer ( TS/SCI w/Poly Required)

ManTech is currently looking for Systems Engineer with a Cisco network background to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area. In this role, you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems as well as manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support to Network systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

• Provide all Tiers of problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.

• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

• Configure and manage Cisco systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years of related experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline. 

• 5 years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 20 years of related experience
