Summit Place is seeking an Assistant Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Resident Care Coordinator in overseeing our team of Resident Assistants. You are responsible for helping to post and monitor the schedule, alternate on-call responsibilities with the Resident Care Coordinator, and assist with shift coverage when short-staffed among other duties. This position helps to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care from our team of Resident Assistants by making rounds on all floors and monitoring staff for proper execution of tasks and documentation.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with evening hours and an alternating weekend shift. Occasional holidays are also required as well as being on-call every other week. Hours may vary depending on supervisory and staffing needs across shifts.

What you will need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum of 1-year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or experience with seniors
- CNA Certification or successful completion of an approved CNA program preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
