We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to join our team in Boston, United States. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Salary $73,500 - Plus bonus annually $36,225 paid monthly and company car.

• Lead and inspire a team of banking professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and increase market share
• Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and community partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's customer base
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
• Oversee the branch's risk management practices and maintain a strong control environment
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software systems
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement innovative solutions

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches.
