The AI Center of Excellence is driving a cohesive and purposeful strategy to advance our leadership position in AI-enabled care. This expanding team is searching for a Program Manager to play a critical role in advancing key initiatives by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that drive innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance AI fluency across the organization.

The Program Manager will oversee enterprise-wide programs that integrate AI development with diverse business unit initiatives, advancing the company’s AI strategy. Reporting to the AI Transformation pillar in the AI Center of Excellence, this role will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused programs, ensuring alignment with the company's AI strategy and AI Governance teams.

• Collaborate with business units across the enterprise to identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into workflows, products, and processes.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring programs meet deadlines and objectives.

• Act as the primary liaison between the AI Center of Excellence and business unit leaders, fostering effective communication and alignment.

• Develop and maintain program documentation, including roadmaps, progress reports, and risk assessments.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration between data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards specific to the medical device industry, including those for AI and machine learning.

• Measure and report program impact on business goals, ROI, and AI adoption rates across the enterprise.

• Identify and mitigate program risks while proactively addressing challenges.

• Promote best practices in program management and AI development within the organization.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program and/or engineering program management (or 3+ years with an advanced degree)
