Reporting to the VP of Product Management, SpyCloud is searching for an amazing Director, Product Integrations. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of the security product landscape and has the ability to build and manage strong relationships with leading security product vendors.  This is a critical role within the business that will be identifying the right roles within targeted partners, building and managing key relationships in support of the development, and launch of integrations that support the SpyCloud mission.  This role will also manage a small team of Product Management and Technical team members that are focused solely on the integration of SpyCloud products to the larger security industry. 

What You'll Do

• Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with security product vendors to facilitate product integrations.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential integration partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Integration Strategy: Develop and execute integration strategies that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring seamless and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end integration process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Technical Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of product integrations, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
• Communication: Effectively communicate integration plans, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in the integration process, finding creative solutions to achieve integration goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze integration performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, agreements, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership management, integration management, or a related role in the cybersecurity industry.
• Fast learner and Strategic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution
• Strong customer centric mindset and proactive sense of urgency 
• Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation and accountability
• Project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
• Strong technical background and understanding of APIs and integration technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent
• Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment
• Highly self-directed, empathetic, curious, and flexible
• Be self-motivated and be able to switch contexts as business needs change
• 5+ years experience as in relationship management, product management or program management within the security product industry.

Nice to Have

• Past experience on complex, global projects and / or Infrastructure projects a big plus
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Darknet concepts
• Familiarity with Data Science concepts
• Agile delivery experience is a major plus. Experience with Confluence/Jira
• CISM, PMP, CISSP
