Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant - PRN

Description

HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join the team on a PRN basis for two senior living facilities and home health located in Owensboro, Kentucky. One facility is a continuing care retirement facility while the other is a skilled nursing facility specializing in dementia related diagnoses. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Licensed new grads are welcome!

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license, or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
