Position Summary

Assesses information needs, designs studies, manages projects, analyzes results and presents key findings in support of business leaders. Plans and manages data and analytics projects of moderate to high complexity and impact to the business.

 

  • This position is based in-person out of our corporate office in Erie, PA.
  • Hiring team will consider candidates for Data & Analytics Specialist II or Senior Data & Analytics Specialist.  Level of role offered will be based on depth and breadth of candidate's experience and qualifications.
  • Incumbent will support data analytics and operational reporting for Accounts Payable, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Treasury Accounting, and Cash Management by:
    • Working with key stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions using data and programming language(s).
    • Developing and designing data models, datasets, Qlik dashboards.
    • Maintaining SharePoint sites and workflows for Treasury.
    • Supporting the maintenance of SAS datasets for Treasury.

  • Problem solving skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Adept at writing queries, creating reports and making presentations
  • Knowledge of data visualizations software (Tableau, QLIK)
  • Knowledge of coding languages (SQL, R, SAS or Python)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates models and develops data warehouse programs of moderate to high complexity ensuring business needs are met, including understanding ERIE's demographics and potential opportunities. Analyzes metrics and supports audit of source data.
