<p><strong>🤓 Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform :</strong></p><p>Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.</p><p><strong>Position description :</strong></p><p>Within an international team of 6 people based in Barcelona, Paris and Nantes, we’re currently on the lookout for a new Talent Officer to join our People team. </p><p>Joining Alexandre’s team, our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the Hiring Managers to focus on finding the best candidates for each position and ensure the perfect onboarding.</p><p></p><p><strong>⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :</strong></p><ul> <li>Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.</li> <li>Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.</li> <li>Sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn.</li> <li>Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls.</li> <li>Managing hiring processes via our ATS (Workable).</li> <li>Be responsible for placing job ads and verifying references.</li> <li>Foster great relationships with each of the teams hiring managers to keep candidates at a high standard.</li> <li>Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics</li> <li>Ensure that we implement the best hiring processes and work to improve ones already in place.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Be in charge of the onboarding by delivering an exceptional experience for all new starter.</li> <li>Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee</li> <li>Improve the attractiveness of the organisation by working with the HR team to implement or improve policies and practices.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>🪜 Hiring Process :</strong></p><p>1- Telephone interview with Alexandre our Talent Acquisition Manager</p><p>2 - Interview with Lara &amp; Marta, our HR BPs.</p><p>3 - Offer Letter</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:</strong></p><p>1. Mandatory / 2. Important / 3.
