Job Description

This is a remote opportunity, with preference for Chicago, Detroit, or New York locations. You will be reporting to the Associate Director, eRetail. Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Monitor and optimize paid e-retail search and display performance to meet business objectives
  • Gather necessary data for plan development
  • Present recommendations, solicit, and apply client feedback to keyword and copy proposal
  • Traffic approved plan into e-retail engines and QA all campaign components prior to launch
  • Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
  • Develop and implement optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance, keyword overlap, testing implementation)
  • Pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting and develop strategic insights with actionable items
  • Build clear, concise, and cohesive quantitative analyses inclusive of strong data visualization
  • Participate in client status and reporting calls, including presentation of reporting
  • Granular maintenance of monthly billing cycle, including invoice tracking, buy actualization in Prisma, and compiling draft billing for Manager approval
  • Develop strong working relationship with client teams and partner agencies (where applicable) by helping to create a seamless communications process
  • Work closely with Manager to establish priorities and manage workload

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of media buying, planning, and recommendation experience in an agency environment
  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, Microsoft office, PowerPoint required
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Timely delivery of all work
  • Proactive and ready to learn!

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$80,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
