Sales & Marketing Assistant

Athens Medica, a Centre of Excellence for Diabetes, Obesity, and Metabolic Health with international ambition, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to actively support the promotion of healthcare services and the development of relationships with patients, partners, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for healthcare services and prevention programs
• Communicate with prospective patients and partners (phone, email, digital channels)
• Assist in marketing initiatives (campaigns, social media, informational materials)
• Manage and follow up on leads and appointments
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and medical staff
• Support events, seminars, and health awareness initiatives
• Collect data and assist with sales & marketing reporting

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in sales and/or marketing
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Proficient use of computers and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit

Additional Qualifications (Considered an Asset)

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or diagnostic centers
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication
• Experience with CRM systems or lead management
