Job Summary:
The Global Commercial Systems Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Global Commercial systems projects in the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) and Unified Commerce / Digital Customer Experience portfolio. The combined portfolio makes up the “ecosystem” of applications initiatives required to support Global Commercial Operations and Digital Customer Experience objectives.
Provides overall program and project/resource management for our global Commercial systems program. This individual will have substantial prior experiencing managing a portfolio of projects and project lifecycles (waterfall, Agile) in a global enterprise systems setting. As the primary leader of this strategic program, this individual will possess strong leadership and communication skills not only to the program delivery teams, but also upwards to CVI leaders globally.
- Ensure defined ways of working, use of productivity tools, and formal methods of engagement are adhered to.
- Ensure multiple phases of the program are scoped, defined, resourced, delivered and managed in support of targeted outcomes.
- Detailed planning and execution of the portfolio in partnership with our chosen implementation partners (2-in-a-box)
- Prepares, manages, and is accountable for cost estimates, budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Follows applicable policies and procedures centered on delivering large and small projects and enforces compliance to approved processes and tools.
- Constantly works with the Project Managers in monitoring the projects and makes timely corrective actions to the plan to ensure inevitable risks and issues are being managed.
- Conducts deep dive reviews with each team to ensure cohesion within the plan.
- Influences all disciplines of the program to include business process teams, technical teams, change management, training, testing and deployment. Has direct management responsibility for project management.
- Able to drive team to a highly efficient and cohesive working unit.
- Management of Team’s resource capacity and allocations.
- Prepares and communicates status to all concerned stakeholders in a regular and meaningful cadence.
- Experience managing applications and projects using a structured systems methodology and IT general controls framework.
Travel Requirements:

As a point of reference, the percent of time breaks down approximately as follows: 5% = 3 weeks per year; 10% = 5 weeks; 20% = 10 weeks; 30% = 16 weeks; 40% = 21 weeks; 50% or more = 26 weeks.
