What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): 

• Maintain a calendar and schedule for 1-2 VPs. Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes
• Coordinate and schedule business travel when applicable
• Expenses/reimbursement
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Coordinate with recruiting to ensure interviews are scheduled in a timely manner
• Working as a strategic partner who understands the flow of the business and can act in a proactive vs reactive manner
• Organize team offsites (virtual and in person) as required
• Take notes in meetings, agenda creation/maintenance, organizing all hands
• Collaborate with other EBPs, EAs, HRBPs, EWX, and Recruiting on day to day operations

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Career EA/EBP - someone who strongly believes in and understands the value of the role
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Interest in implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Can do attitude. You’re always willing to help out and no job is too small
