We are developing a high-performance digital asset trading platform for:

• Institutional investors and hedge funds
• High net worth individuals

Think of an institutional investment platform for fiat and digital assets but with a cleaner, more intuitive interface and a brand that signals trust, power, and speed.

The Role:

We are hiring a Senior UI Designer to own the visual direction of this platform and design data-heavy, professional-grade interfaces that users love to trade with. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and Product team to craft real-time dashboards, charts, trading modules, and admin tools that balance function with finesse.

You should thrive in designing data-dense interfaces, have a sharp eye for layout precision, and understand how professional traders interact with real-time tools and credit features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design advanced UIs for trading interfaces, charts, order books, and trade execution flows.
• Develop and maintain a robust design system in Figma suitable for institutional users.
• Create clean and efficient interfaces for both web and API-integrated experiences.
• Ensure interfaces support both power users and intuitive onboarding for new clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CEO to turn complex requirements into high-clarity designs.
• Conduct competitive UI analysis to help differentiate from other trading platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI experience, ideally with at least 2 in crypto, trading, or data-rich financial tools.
• Strong portfolio showing professional-grade UIs—dashboards, terminals, data tables, API tools.
• Familiarity with crypto markets, trading pairs, charting tools, and market structure.
• Expert in Figma, including components, variants, and design tokens.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical product features into intuitive UI.
• Experience working with high-stakes clients such as funds, traders, or institutional investors.
• Familiarity with trading platforms & projects such as Kraken Pro, B2BC and FalconX amongst others.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of fintech or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Experience designing dark-mode and multi-theme interfaces.
• Past work on platforms requiring security, performance, and real-time responsiveness.
