Job Description

KPFF Civil + Survey is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing team. In this role, you will take the lead in producing proposals and other marketing materials that highlight our civil engineering and land surveying expertise. This position backfills a critical role on our team who support KPFF’s Portland and Eugene offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the A/E/C industry (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively

Additional Information

Compensation + Benefits

• Hourly rate: $34.61 – $43.25, commensurate with experience, education, and skills
• Hybrid Schedule: Our team enjoys a flexible hybrid schedule – we typically work 3 days in the office (Portland or Eugene) for collaboration and up to 2 days remote for focused work
