Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as a Test Engineer you will design and implement software test systems to verify and validate world-class safety-critical measurement & analytical instrumentation that integrates with industrial automation equipment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.
- Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.
- Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule
- Provide technical support for test stations

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Zero (0) years of applicable experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with related technologies and techniques (Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET application development, object-oriented design principles; SQL, JavaScript, requirements-based, and gray box testing)
- Interest and experience working with test systems

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $80,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
