Job Description

 Our people are key and we aim to improve upon and advance our Employee Experience. The Global Reward Specialist at Adevinta will be responsible for connecting our Reward Centre of Excellence and the People Operations team enabling both teams to be able to cooperate as effectively as possible! 

Within our People Services Hub (Compass) we have Advisors answering cases raised by our employees through our Workday Help case management tool. These queries can be related to all sorts of topics along the employee lifecycle, across all 12 countries. Within the Compass team we have advisors and Specialists for Reward, L&D, Offboarding and Talent Acquisition Operations & Onboarding. They support the team by responding to 2nd line queries (e.g., queries that couldn’t be solved by the Advisors), driving knowledge & content management and continuous improvement for their area of expertise.

The Global Reward Specialist is responsible for cascading the Rewards Strategy, Philosophy and Products to the whole People Service Hub (Compass) team, ensuring that key information and self-service materials are accessible to Managers, Adevintans and our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the reward field,, will be comfortable with data analysis and reporting and be inspired through learning new things and sharing this knowledge to develop others. This role is a unique opportunity to see the biggest picture and translate it into accessible communication and actions for all stakeholders to understand it. You will have autonomy to suggest improvements and will build a close relationship with the Global Rewards team with a clear career path if you are willing to grow within the Rewards team.

An engaging and collaborative style will be key along with proven experience.                

 Key Responsibilities   

  • Upskilling the People Advisors on Reward topics to improve our Employee Experience
  • Providing advice and support the resolution of employee cases
  • Attending & participating in Reward sessions to understand the products and strategy to later share the knowledge with the People Advisors (Compass team)
  • Ensuring a seamless collaboration between the whole Operations team and the Reward CoE by creating ways to cooperate further.
  • Analysing and sharing rewards trends or issues identified through Workday Help cases with the CoE, to identify opportunities for education, training or product/process improvement
  • Periodic reviews of self-service material concerning Rewards to ensure content is up to date (e.g. Manager information on the intranet, FAQs, scripts, and guidelines)

Key Priorities for 2022/23

  • Become an expert of our Reward products and services across all countries
  • Develop ways of sharing this knowledge and upskilling Employees to improve our Employee Experience
  • Start to support a culture of continuous improvement through being curious about how we can improve our processes and ways of working
     

Qualifications

  • Experienced in working within a fast paced reward team in an international company e.g. through a long term internship or as an analyst and is looking for the next step in their career 
  • A team player - You actively contribute to a positive environment and you live & breathe our key behaviours and have a heart for Adevinta’s brands
