Job Description

Role & Responsibility

1. Lead Enterprise order processing and fulfillment team to ensure on-time delivery, revenue assurance and operation compliance. 
2. Manage daily performance of operations by mitigating risks, cross-function collaborating, and maintaining operational compliance. 
3. Develop and implement strategies & solutions to streamline seller order and fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
4. Builds a high performing team, elevates the team’s skills aligned to organizational needs and individual goals.
5. Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in order processing and fulfillment operations.
6. Continuously review processes and evaluate technical challenges in order to propose solutions, improvements or changes.
