The successful candidate demonstrates expertise in implementing process workflows, integrating systems, and driving architectural decisions in a highly regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver impactful projects and contribute to the strategic development of ServiceNow within a growing financial services firm committed to integrity, passion, agility, creativity, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules across ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, SecOps, EA, SPM and GRC.  Create and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Develop reusable components and enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability.  Strive to maintain best practices wherever possible.

  • Thought Leadership: Be opinionated. Bring awareness of the ServiceNow third-party plug-in and integration ecosystem, how AI tools such as Now Assist and the AI Control Tower aim to improve governance and oversight, and thought leadership on building a modern development capability into an internal development platform.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with hands on experience building out multiple modules in a highly regulated industry, ideally financial services.
  • Agile Focused: Familiarity and comfort with working in an Agile development team.  Participating in daily scrum calls and driving continuous improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on various modules.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the team.  Be the SME of various modules.

Qualifications:

Benefits

  • Opportunity to make a significant impact on service management and process optimization at a growing Organization.
  • Work in a challenging environment.
  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team culture.
