About the Role:

Under the supervision of the Director, Business Management, the Senior Product Marketing Analyst will develop and execute advanced marketing analytics strategies to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and support data-driven decision-making across the company’s marketing initiatives. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. based on manager approval.

You Will:

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and analytical tools that enable real-time monitoring of multi-channel marketing performance, including paid media, organic, email, and in-app campaigns.

  • Support cross-functional teams by developing tools that facilitate self-service access to marketing performance insights.

  • Develop and refine marketing attribution models using probabilistic and algorithmic approaches to estimate channel-level return on investment (ROI) and inform budget allocation strategies.

  • Perform advanced customer segmentation and lifecycle modeling to guide personalized targeting strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, applying causal inference techniques to evaluate impact and optimize decision-making.

  • Leverage predictive analytics and advanced modeling techniques, such as clustering, time-series forecasting, and propensity scoring, to support continuous optimization of campaign performance.

  • Develop statistical and machine learning models to uncover actionable insights from marketing data and inform strategic planning.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of experience with applying predictive analytics and modeling techniques in the financial services industry to optimize marketing performance and enhance customer experience.

  • 1 year of experience with analyzing product and marketing performance to generate actionable insights, improve efficiencies, and guide strategic business decisions;

  • 1 year of experience with building and maintaining automated dashboards and analytical tools that support real-time monitoring and cross-functional decision making;

  • 1 year of experience collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams on product design,
    sizing, and prioritization to optimize resource allocation and decision making;

  • 1 year of experience with conducting A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate product and marketing effectiveness and inform strategy;

  • 1 year of experience with conducting customer experience analysis to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention;

  • 1 year of experience with developing forecasting models to guide budget planning and financial outlook;

  • 1 year of experience with leveraging methodologies and analytical techniques including cohort analysis, data visualization, funnel analysis, market research, product KPI development, risk mitigation, segmentation, and user behavior analysis; and

  • 1 year of experience working with Databricks, Excel, Power BI, Python, R, Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $132,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year.
