In this position…
You will be the day-to-day finance leader of the Integrated Services FP&A which includes management of Actuals, Forecast, and Planning activities. You are a hands-on business partner to Operating teams acting as a guiding light in establishing targets, conveying progress towards financial goals and reporting on actuals to the Integrated Services team and greater organization. You are an inspiring coach and leader to our FP&A finance team and greater Integrated Services team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Michigan Central office in Detroit.
What you’ll do…
- Own the Ford Integrated Services forecasting, actuals and planning processes, leading the Integrated Services Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver quality financials and explanations of performance
- Interface, coordinate, and partner with the Integrated Services finance leads and Corporate FP&A team to manage consolidation of Integrated Services financials across the Integrated Services businesses and segments
- Drive and own management reporting for Headcount, Forecasts, Budget, Business Plan and Quarterly Earnings
- Support business critical analyses including run-rate assessments, cost trending, income statement, profitability analyses, cost improvement initiatives, Annual Performance Bonus assessments, forecast accuracy and ad hoc studies
- Support Business Office in development of financial materials for Business Operating Reviews, Board Presentations and letters, All Hands, and KPIs
- Engage/build partnerships with leadership and stakeholders to understand and prioritize business objectives and reporting requirements.
- Seek ongoing process improvements to improve work efficiency and drive value
- Develop meaningful insight and trust with business and finance leadership to achieve overall business objectives.
- Manage a team and develop successful financial leaders amongst your direct reports. Foster and environment that is conducive to developing high performing teams across Integrated Services finance.

You’ll have…
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on finance, economics, or a similar field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in similar roles across the finance, accounting, and reporting ecosystems.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a large, $500M matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage 3-5 multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously by continuously identifying top priorities and critical path items and adjusting accordingly.
