Awareness of risk in our increasingly digital world is something that concerns all of us, and SoSafe is on a mission to strengthen our collective self-defence and help organizations of all sizes manage human risk. As a Strategic Program Manager at SoSafe, you’ll be part of a rapidly growing company and cross-functional team that will bring this vision to life. You will work together with Product and Engineering leadership to bring a market leading product to life.

Your mission

• You'll consistently help manage and report on Product Development performance, creating a culture of transparency and data-driven decision-making. 
• You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to help translate strategy to stellar execution 
• You'll drive cross-cutting programs across the Product Development department, aligning and steering different teams and projects towards our strategic goals. 
• You'll help drive team performance in core Product and Engineering areas, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvements. 
• You'll operate on multiple strategy horizons, helping drive stellar short term execution but also being an active voice in shaping long term strategy
• You'll work within an interdisciplinary team – Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Operations - and be a driving force for strategy and performance within SoSafe Product Development department.
• You'll monitor and detect areas of early system program risk and autonomously execute preventive initiatives to reduce overall execution risk, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• You'll own end-to-end execution of specific programs for capability building, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.  
• You’ll bring a range of qualitative and quantitative insights together to fully address the problems and challenges from the team 

Your profile

• You've successfully managed complex programs from inception to completion, demonstrating your ability to mitigate risk and deliver results.  
• You understand the intricacies of Product Development and are adept at managing multiple stakeholders. 
• You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decision-making. You understand the power of transparency and have experience fostering this within a team or organization. 
• Your previous roles have given you experience in navigating and driving change within a growing organization, ideally within the tech or software industry. 
• You're a strong communicator, able to engage with peers and senior leaders to effectively manage and report on program performance.
• You are not afraid of doing heavy lifting and roll up your sleeves when needed to do whatever work is needed for success.
• You’re able to identify and solve misalignments across stakeholders with different responsibilities (including executives), fostering a collaborative environment.
