At Blue Jay ABA, we provide exceptional, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our skilled team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) work hand-in-hand with families to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy.

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic, and compassionate BTs/RBTs who are passionate about improving the lives of individuals with ASD and supporting their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA  
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.  
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software 
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs 
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress. 
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals 
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions 
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
