How will this role have an impact?
The Manager, Business Analysis (IC) works with clients and the client success team to ensure we are satisfying client business needs and requests. Through deep knowledge of our clients’ goals, target performance, and obligations this role connects our clients’ needs with our product and processes. This role supports the client through the entire life cycle, and drives clients’ ability to bring care home through flawless execution, critical thinking and care for our mission and vision.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative and results oriented. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across a wide range of teams. Further, they will develop strategies and approaches to encourage standardization of processes, establish swim-lane responsibilities with other teams, and manage and maintain documentation of BA workflows.

Reporting: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) Manager level role
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis and data-driven initiatives in the area of reporting, data extracts, quality management, requirements documentation and support as well as collaborating with business team members and stakeholders.
Work cross collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent ingestion of data and delivery of reports
Identify production issues, work in partnership with analytic leads and effectively communicate plan of action to leadership for solutions
Gather information about a given initiative or project, review the critical data elements, develop documentation that describes data extracts, data ingestion and reporting-related processes and document data quality-related work items.
Partner with Client Success on new and existing reporting and data extract functionality, as well as rules regarding the processing of data.
Serve as the conduit of technical information between the client and various technology teams by ensuring technology requests align with client business requirements by gathering requirements for custom development and reporting.
Track our performance against commitments to our clients, specifically SLAs
Ensure clear communication of project or ticket goals, timelines, and expectations across all teams.
Monitor the progress of various business analysis activities and report status updates.
Identify risks with data integrity and apply the appropriate fixes as needed for client needs
Communicate with clients about technical issues and timelines, ensuring clear and consistent communication and engagement
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, report development, and business analysis, documentation, data extract analysis/documentation
Extensive computer software skills with programs such as Microsoft Excel, reporting tools (Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, SSRS, etc)
Experience in writing SQL queries and working with data in complex Excel scenarios
Healthcare experience is required
Experience integrating data analysis into business operations (i.e., assisting with business intelligence
Experience speaking to clients about initiatives and technical issues

The typical pay range for this role is:
