Swedish Speaking Production Graphic Designer - Hourly paid

We’re looking for a Swedish-speaking graphic designer to support our daily design production for trailers and cargo bikes. This role is practical and production-driven; less about big creative concepts and more about structure, precision, and keeping things moving.

Freetrailer was founded in 2004 and is a Danish pioneer within the sharing economy. We work with major partners such as IKEA and serve more than a million users each year across 1,600+ locations in Scandinavia, Germany and the Netherlands. 

Working hours 

• Hourly-based position 

• You can work Mondays (required), Wednesdays, and either Thursdays or Fridays 

• Doesn’t have to be full days - we’re flexible on hours as long as the collaboration is stable 

What you’ll work on 

• Production and adaptation of trailer and cargo bike designs (partner advertising + Freetrailer branding) 

• Swedish language versions: layout adaptation, proofreading, and final checks 

• Production-ready exports (correct formats, measurements, print specs) 

Communication (important) 

You’ll communicate with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders - mainly via email to gather input (logos/copy), clarify details, and secure approvals. 

We’re looking for someone who 

• Is Swedish-speaking (required) and comfortable working in English or Danish 

• Enjoys production workflows, checklists, and getting details right 

• Is detail-oriented and good at version control 

• Has experience in graphic design (currently studying or is newly graduated) 

• Works confidently in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is key – plus Photoshop) 

• Understands print production and how to deliver correct files 

• Is confident communicating with stakeholders and likes to keep things moving 

• Communicates clearly and professionally in writing 

Bonus (not required): experience with multilingual production
