The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improve the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
ABOUT THE JOB
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team that will lead and oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with various boundary software systems (3rd-party and internal tools). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, and experience with system integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional business and tech teams spanning engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to understand the business necessity driving the integration(s), and ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical acumen and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead integration work-stream between Oracle Fusion ERP and boundary systems (3rd-party and internal tools), ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and RAID logs for integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, developers (internal/external), business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, document and resolve issues as they arise.
- Oversee the design, development, unit/integration testing, and implementation of integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the integration plan.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors involved in integration projects.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
