Job Description

How will you make a difference

• Placing job adverts with job boards and external partners such as universities
• Screening candidates and completing relevant documentation
• Booking interviews and associated communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Updating the appropriate recruitment systems  
• Managing the offer process, including background and reference checks
• Coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process of new hires
• Basic reporting

Qualifications

What will you bring

Recruitment experience isn’t essential, customer service/call centre/administration experience is ideal. If you have an enthusiasm for outstanding customer care skills and enjoy working in a vibrant and busy office, this may be for you!

• Experience in a business or office environment
• Customer service
• Fluent in English AND French
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize and organize own work
• The role is hybrid in Budapest, Hungary
