Job Description

Dynatrace University is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Certification efforts for Dynatrace’s Software Intelligence Platform and solutions. The Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight, project management, coordination, and coaching on the Certification plan for the Dynatrace platform. Responsibilities include the creation of tiered certification assets, which are in direct alignment to the release education plan and Dynatrace offerings and solutions.

Responsibilities 

 

  • Work with Product Management to develop and maintain a certification plan for the Dynatrace platform
  • Work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assign and oversee the successful completion of each deliverable for the release of aligned certification assets to the education plan 
  • Revise questions and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across all exams 
  • Ensure that each exam is aligned to not only the correct platform use but also aligned to the solution offering outcomes of the Dynatrace solution 
  • Create and maintain exam assets 
  • Make decisions as to the best media and delivery mechanism for each exam asset 
  • Take ownership of and corrective measures for exam material creation and quality process 
  • Maintain the integrity and quality of exam questions and exam prep materials 
  • Create new exams and update current exams as the business needs require 
  • Provide support to end-users regarding the certification program, exams, and the proctoring service 
  • Review exam attempts for potential cheating and address as appropriate 
  • Grading of manual graded exams as needed 

Qualifications

Minimum: 

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in Education, Instructional Design or other fields of study
  • 5+ years experience in leading the creating of education assets in the IT software industry

Preferred:

  • Experience creating criterion-referenced tests 
  • Experience creating SME cookbooks to facilitate SME participation 
  • Demonstrated expertise in education and curriculum design (online and classroom). 
  • Experience working with a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for education production. 
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills. 
  • Demonstrated Exam Design deliverables around product launch. 
  • Strong leadership skills. 
  • Demonstrated planning, analysis, and creative problem-solving skills as a leader responsible for delivering customer centric solutions. 
  • Strong public speaking skills. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team. 
  • Strong employee mentoring and coaching skills. 

Additional Information

DOE, annual salary $82K - $110K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
