General Description:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective administration, configuration, and maintenance our ServiceNow instance. Your expertise will ensure that our organization optimizes the use of the ServiceNow Platform to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Essential Duties: •Perform day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, roles, groups, and access controls•Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, and reports to meet business requirements•Responsible for issue resolution and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances•Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions•Facilitate platform testing, upgrades, and enhancements between internal team members and external vendors•Create and maintain documentation about all environmental tailoring and standard operating procedures to sustain normal platform operation•Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices
Required Skills:  •Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business processes and workflows•Strong background in ServiceNow workflows with a proven ability to design, build, and deploy Service Request workflows and Service Catalog items•Effective writing skills with the ability to document administrative processes, issue resolution, and system design•Strong Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management modules•Strong Knowledge of IT Asset Management, including CMDB integrations with third-party data sources (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Tenable)•Experience with Workflows, Form Designer, Page Designer, Flow Designer, and Update Sets•Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, HTML, XML, SOAP API, and REST API•Experience customizing email notification templates, ticket SLAs, and form fields•Familiarity with Workspaces, Application Studio, Widgets, and UI Macros (preferred)•Familiarity with IT Operations Management, Security Operations, GRC, and Impact modules (preferred) Required Education:•Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential (preferred)•High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience OR•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of related experience
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. 
Special Requirements: Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, and in some cases, with little to no advance notice.This position requires that the applicant selected be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Compensation:The base salary range for this full-time position is $106,500 - $130,500 + bonus + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
