About the role
Overview
The role of the HR Business Partner will focus on talent acquisition initiatives, employee relations and people-partnership, internal communications regarding organizational changes and company policy, as well as support the maintenance of team development and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for professional roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, guiding employee relations and conflict resolution
- Lead and conduct investigations related to grievances, misconduct, and allegations of policy and procedural concern
- Develop and distribute internal communications regarding organizational changes, benefits updates, and company policies
- Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s values and objectives
- Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to facilitate effective communication
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive performance management process that aligns with organizational goals
- Provide training and support to manages and employees on performance evaluation techniques and goal-setting process
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, or people operations, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll management
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector
- Ability to analyze employee feedback and drive culture change initiatives
