Senior Scheduler - Denver, CO

We are looking for a skilled Scheduler to support EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR projects in power delivery and water infrastructure. You’ll partner with project leaders, engineers, and procurement teams to develop and maintain schedules that keep multiple projects on track, optimize resources, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update LSM and CPM schedules with cost/resource loading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to baseline and maintain master project schedules.
• Align work breakdown structures with financial structures.
• Generate cash flow curves, earned value metrics, and KPIs.
• Support productivity planning, work sequencing, and change management.
• Conduct schedule and time impact analyses; assist with risk mitigation planning.
• Promote short-interval scheduling and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years scheduling experience with earned value metrics.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 - required (TILOS and Acumen preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management).

Travel: Up to 10%
