As a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain strategy by gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and support business execution. Regularly analyze cost and performance, identify problems (root cause), and develop recommendations. The successful candidate will solve problems by considering courses of action within the framework of Tosca’s core values and departmental goals.
  • Use critical thinking to design and implement business tools and solutions to support the logistics, planning, customer solutions, asset management, transportation, procurement, and operations functions.
  • Maintain data integrity through a combination of data mining, modeling, and analysis. Identify gaps in current data management practices and work to eliminate gaps in data
  • Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models. Support annual budgeting by analyzing and applying micro and macro-economic trends.
  • Identify and build out cost savings ideas related to network optimization, freight initiatives, and supply chain improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc queries and maintain reports from various resources to support department and organizational needs.
  • Support additional supply chain projects and activities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics with other relatable experience applicable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Access, as well as other tools as necessary
  • Experience with Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization, from line-level employees up to the C-suite
  • Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with the ability to support multiple projects and business functions concurrently

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role where Monday and Friday are work-from-home days. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at our Colony Square office in Midtown.
