Are you an experienced Fleet Manager, based in Warsaw and looking to expand your professional horizon? Flora Food Group has the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be working as part of the Flora FG Global Workplace and Travel Services (WTS) team, ensuring that all Flora associates have a great home away from home.

This role involves close cooperation with the Global WTS Regional Lead in Poland, and you will be responsible for managing a fleet of 650 vehicles across 19 countries.

 

Job Responsibilities:

As a Global Fleet Manager, you will be with responsible for:

• Fleet Oversight: Manage and optimize the operational performance of the global fleet, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Customer satisfaction: focus on user experience satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong communication channels with employees, fleet management companies, HR teams, and line managers to facilitate seamless operations and resolve issues.
• Policies: Managing global and local policies and procedures.
• Data Analysis: Work alongside the data analyst to maintain and enhance the fleet database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for reporting purposes.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive management reports on fleet performance, utilization, and operational efficiency; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Budget Management: Monitor fleet-related expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in fleet management processes and implement the best practices.
• Training and Development: Collaborate with HR to ensure that drivers and fleet personnel receive the necessary training and support.

 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet management.  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel. 
• Experience with usage of any Car Fleet Management System.
• Strong analytical skills for working with large datasets, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, creating reports, and collaborating with external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate system upgrades, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Polish and English is a must.
