We are looking for a Compensation leader with hands-on, analytical experience designing Sales and Executive compensation plans.  In this role, you will lead the sales and executive compensation design, planning and ongoing communication. Additionally, you will partner with the global Icertis Total Rewards team to define and document compensation policies, updating compensation documents, and supporting other functions relating to compensation. This is a senior position that requires the candidate to have strong knowledge and experience with sales and executive compensation design and equity planning. The candidate should also have strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with others.   About the team: We are a tight-knit team that works hard and laughs a lot. What you will do:

  • This leader, as part of the global Icertis Total Rewards team will drive, research, design, establish and maintain the sales and executive compensation plans and equity plans. This includes researching and understanding current and future competitive markets for employee pay.  
  • Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the sales and executive compensation plans and equity plans. 
  • Conducts job evaluations, develops salary budgets and assists with procedures to ensure equitable compensation. 
  • Assist in developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to align with company’s goals and competitive practices. 
  • Responsible for incentive, bonus plan design and administration of said programs. 
  • Maintain working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect internal compensation policies. 

What you will bring:

  • 8 + years of experience in compensation. 
  • Demonstrated success in designing sales and executive compensation plans in a Saas (software as a service) environment.
  • Demonstrated go to market (GTM)) business acumen.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve. 
  • Time Management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance and keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with partner counterparts and internal team members. 
  • A dedicated team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships. 
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Enterprise Software Industry or Public Company Experience (Preferred). 
  • Certified Compensation Professional a plus.
