The Position
ADI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support employment and non‑IP litigation matters globally. This role works closely with attorneys specializing in these areas and contributes to a high‑performing, cross‑functional legal team. The position reports to the Senior Director, Litigation and Employment, within ADI’s Legal and Risk Optimization organization and is based in Wilmington, MA.
Key Responsibilities include:
A. Litigation, Claims, and Investigations Case Management
- Coordinate, organize, and maintain litigation, claims, and employment-related investigations in matter management systems (Legal Tracker and Navex) and document repository (SharePoint).
- Manage intake and triage of litigation and employment investigations globally.
- Manage end‑to‑end litigation, claims, and investigations processes, including matter creation, legal holds, outside counsel engagement, evidence collection and preservation, e-discovery, and matter resolution.
- Maintain and manage the litigation calendar, tracking deadlines and key milestones.
