Position Summary

The Sr. Director of Product Management reports to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and carries the responsibility of overseeing and expanding all aspects of the card services product portfolio. This role is crucial in driving the growth and success of our financial offerings customized to meet the needs of the underserved, non-prime consumer segment. You will lead a high-performing, dynamic team and strategically collaborate with other cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at driving profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential to holistically shape profitable products to achieve company financial success.

Job Responsibility

• Strategic Product Leadership
  • Develop a forward-looking card product strategy aligned with Purpose Money’s mission and goals, focused on empowering non-prime consumers.
  • Manage, revise, and communicate the product vision that integrates deep market insights, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the CPO to define and execute the overall product strategy and vision for the card services division.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to the product team, ensuring alignment with company goals and the needs of the non-prime consumer segment.
• End-to-End Product Development
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of a profitable high-quality product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Marketing—to bring innovative products to market efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Market Insights & Customer Focus
  • Use customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings, ensuring they address the unique financial challenges and aspirations of our target audience.
