Customer Operations Representative Danish/Swedish

As a Customer Operations Representative you will support all both business units in Alcon and is primarily responsible for the processing of product orders and customer queries in IRIS.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Resolve customer queries, orders, credits, returns and complaints promptly and efficiently in IRIS.
• Handling  standing orders and updating follow up files.
• Handle consignment stocks – new/revised agreements, counting
• Credit Pharma wholesalers for expired goods (Destruction handling).
• Manual invoicing of customers for rental units (machines).
• Any other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role, for which the associate has the necessary experience and/or training.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High school level qualification or equivalent – desired
• Native Danish, fluent in Swedish fluent in English and any other Scandinavian language is an asset.
• Customer orders: correct order entry and timely delivery to the customer; keep the customer informed in case of delay
• Invoices: correct and timely invoicing and price corrections
• Complaints related to customer service: correct, timely and customer friendly settlement
• Inquiry handling: accurately, at first contact (or reference to designated contact within Alcon)
• Return orders: correct and timely handling
