Job Description

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders and the Customer Service and Support (CSS) Enablement Delivery and Content teams to ensure program delivery excellence. As a member of the CSS Enablement team, you will manage the logistics for all learning events, create & execute a communication strategy for learning programs, and create & manage charter documentation for multiple programs. In addition, you will manage intake requests to ensure the organization is focused on the right priorities and programs to build skills. You will use your stellar presentation design skills to create compelling presentations that simplify complex programs into appealing visuals. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, thrives on solving challenging problems and is willing to take risks to drive impact in a fast-changing, technical customer support environment. 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Manage the logistics and requirements for all global Customer Service and Support learning programs. Both in person and virtual programs 
  • Create outstanding ppt decks, outlining programs, metrics and visually represent concepts.  
  • Manage intake request process and ensure that the organization is focused on the right priorities to solve business challenges 
  • Create Learning Program Charter presentations 
  • Create and manage QBR presentations 
  • Execute a communications strategy for CSS Learning Programs  
  • Find innovate ways to improve efficiencies and learner experiences  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ years in a fast paced SaaS environment  
  • 5-10 years creating program documentation  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time and stay focused and organized 
  • Thrive on solving challenging problems  
  • Flexible and adaptable to change 
  • Ability to take risks to drive impact in a technical, customer support environment 
  • Advanced design skills in PowerPoint and graphic design 
  • Advanced written skills 
  • Excellent presentation skills 

FD21

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $111,960 - $195,840, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
