Position Summary

Nestlé is hiring a dynamic Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to build a robust talent pipeline of candidates for current & future openings & to identify, engage & convert the best talent. The Sr Talent Sourcer partners with the Recruiting Team & Business Leaders to execute the most effective & innovative sourcing strategies.  
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supplement Recruiters to source passive talent through a variety of channels 
  • Identify behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share sourcing strategy and set expectations around process and timeline
  • Execute talent sourcing tactics such as sourcing, networking, name generation, industry events, associations, online communities, external research, etc. 
  • Prepare and present status reports to key stakeholders - Recruiters & Recruiting Managers – as well as secondary stakeholders - Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners - on the talent marketplace and the strength of our talent pipeline
  • Meet and maintain talent pipeline goals in candidate relationship management database
  • Partner with Human Resources to establish a proactive pipeline strategy in accordance with workforce and succession planning 
  • Build a talent pipeline for key roles & hard-to-fill positions with a deep understanding of the competitive talent marketplace
  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing to incorporate employer branding & nurture talent communities
  • Partner with internal partners such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion office to identify & collaborate on sourcing talent from external partners

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
  • Use of Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management tools
  • Use of Recruitment Technology Tools
  • Project management, writing & verbal communication skills
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent required
     

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field 
  • Recruitment Sourcing experience in a large national or global corporation or equivalent in a Recruiting Firm 
  • Experience in developing talent pipelines & communities
  • Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Experience using Market Insights & Talent Intelligence tools such as Talent Neuron or LinkedIn Talent Insights
     

Must have the ability to:

  • Apply a consultancy approach effectively managing expectations of stakeholders
  • Launch & sustain talent pipelines through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates & utilizing diverse sourcing channels
  • Possess industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant transferable candidate skills & target companies
  • Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Command the attention & respect of leaders and stakeholders
  • Influence & negotiate business leaders and HR partners
  • Handle sensitive & confidential information appropriately
  • Create & maintain documents using Microsoft Office
  • Understand & interpret data, analyze trends & identify actionable insights
  • Quickly learn systems, processes & procedures
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines within an ambiguous environment
