The Job:  

As an IAM Engineer, you’ll be part of our Cyber Security Team, working as a virtual employee. The IAM Engineer will be the technical expert responsible for supporting multiple IAM systems including Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint IdentityNow and others. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and emerging technologies to help ensure the security and integrity of our systems.  You'll get to:

• Serve as the technical expert on IAM-related topics and provide guidance to the team
• Design and implement IAM solutions to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions align with business needs
• Conduct research and evaluate emerging IAM technologies to make recommendations for future improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IAM
• Support the existing IAM infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint IdentityNow and related technologies
• Work closely with the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to ensure timely resolution of IAM-related issues
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM-related standards, procedures, and best practices
• Participate in periodic reviews of IAM systems to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IAM technologies and make recommendations for future improvements

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering or related field
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint IdentityNow, Passwordless, CyberArk, and related technologies
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions for global companies
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Relevant certifications in IAM technologies and/or security frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)
• Experience working with ISO 27001 compliance standards and implementing controls to meet these standards
