Supervisor, Project Management I (Non-Technical)

What does a successful Supervisor of Project Management Teams do?
As a Supervisor of Project Management Teams at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tokenization services for new and existing clients. You will ensure that your team exceeds performance goals and objectives while managing the day-to-day operations with high engagement and a positive attitude. By managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing the client experience through effective problem-solving and accountability.

What you will do:

• Ensure overall team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.

• Manage the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching and positive reinforcement.

• Lead day-to-day operations for direct reports with a high level of engagement.

• Achieve and manage department goals.

• Match staffing and scheduling to meet or exceed SLAs.

• Review, maintain, create, and update procedural manuals to meet daily business requirements.

• Complete special projects and assignments as required.

• Lead, mentor, and train implementation teams.

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in EFT processing/financial industry in a project management role.

• High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent military experience.

• 4+ years of experience managing or coordinating project activities.

• 2+ years of experience having team lead or supervisor responsibilities.

What would be great to have:

• 3+ years of experience in managing direct reports.

• 5+ years of experience with consumer payments, mobile wallets, and electronic payment products.

• 5+ years of client services or relationship management experience.

• 5+ years of implementations experience.
