Apprentice HVAC - Entry Level

Norhart is driven by a simple purpose, to create a better way for us all to live. To fulfill that purpose, we need a fantastic team. As an HVAC Apprentice, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up.

We do our own HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry work with our own staff. HVAC work includes, but is not limited to, installing ductwork, mini splits, magic-paks, appliances, etc. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail oriented, and communicate effectively. Exceptional candidates are those who are driven, love to work hard alongside their team, have excellent leadership skills, and are dedicated to teaching others.

   1. Journeyman - $48.00/hr.
   2. Apprentice 4 - $40.00/hr.
   3. Apprentice 3 - $34.00/hr.
   4. Apprentice 2 - $28.00/hr.
   5. Apprentice 1 - $23.00/hr.
