JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Marketing Analytics leads measurement, analysis, and insight across all marketing channels including DTC, Amazon, and retail media. This role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth, improve efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
The Manager, Marketing Analytics reports to the Senior Director, Analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include (list top 5-8 responsibilities):
Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid media, Amazon, and retail channels
Lead and establish best practices for marketing measurement including MMM, MTA, and incrementality testing
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, incrementality, and funnel performance
Partner closely with the Growth team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing budgets
Analyze customer acquisition trends by channel, cohort, and product to inform growth strategy
Provide clear recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership
Ensure data quality, consistency, and best practices across marketing analytics methodologies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related role
Strong background in analyzing paid media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, and TV media
Proficiency with analytics and data tools including SQL, Python or R, and BI platforms
Expertise in MMM, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
Experience working in DTC, omnichannel, or a digitally native brand preferred
