Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Norwegian medical professional to participate in simulated Doctor-Patient conversations. Your role will involve accurately pronouncing medical terminology and collaborating with an actor playing the patient. This project aims to develop and enhance the accuracy of a cutting-edge speech recognition system for medical use.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Read and perform scripted medical conversations in Norwegian with an actor acting as the patient.
• Ensure all medical terminology is pronounced correctly and clearly for optimal audio quality.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain high standards of recording and ensure the data meets the project requirements.
• Participate in recording sessions scheduled remotely or at designated locations, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• A medical degree or relevant qualification in the healthcare field (e.g., doctor, nurse, or other medical professionals).
• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and its proper pronunciation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to perform scripted conversations naturally.
• Experience in audio recordings or voice work is a plus but not required.
