We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our development and support ID R&D team, specializing in facial anti-spoofing projects.

What you will do (key responsibilities)

• Conduct comprehensive data research, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Develop and deploy sophisticated analytical tools, streamline and automate testing processes.
• Write scripts for efficient data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Create detailed reports, construct diagrams, design dashboards, and perform thorough metric analyses.
• Implement ready-made SDKs and perform inference on individual AI models.
• Prepare precise technical tasks for data engineers, developers, and research personnel.
• Handle and scrutinize large datasets, perform rigorous data filtering.
• Draw meaningful insights and conclusions from your analytical work.

What you need (to be succesful in this role)

• Proficiency in Linux (specifically Ubuntu and Debian).
• Excellent command of Python and its key libraries such as re, numpy, pandas, scipy, and notebook etc.
• A solid mathematical foundation with a good understanding of mathematical statistics and linear algebra.
• Proven experience in data visualization using tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Bokeh, Seaborn, etc.
• Experience in designing and interacting with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Proficient in optimizing code and implementing parallel code execution techniques (GPU, Multiprocessing, Dask, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control and project management tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of data analysis principles, able to draw meaningful conclusions, identify relationships, and represent findings in a clear, visual format.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills in English, both verbal and written.

What would be nice (for a perfect match)

• Experience with Machine Learning tools (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Kaldi, etc.)
• Experience working with images (including preprocessing, editing, augmentation, classification, spoofing, detection, gender/age determination, etc.)
• Understanding of key evaluation metrics and plots (DET, FR, FA, EER, ACER, AUC, minDCF, F1, etc.)
• Experience in model conversion (OpenVino, ONNX, etc.) and network optimization/pruning techniques.
• Experience in use of dash/streamlit for building and customizing dashboards.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for building and customizing dashboards.
• Experience with data clustering and working with graphs (sklearn cluster, NetworkX, GraphX, etc.)
• Experience in web scraping and building web applications (Flask, Requests, BeautifulSoup).
