What you'll do:

In this role you will:

• Provide technical support to firms through remote assistance calls, addressing vendor inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently

• Triage and manage service interruption cases, ensuring timely resolutions

• Act as a key contributor to the launch of new products and services, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other departments

• Maintain active communication and support with API vendor development teams and retail API users via community forums

• Take ownership of the cases you handle, following up with vendors to ensure inquiries are resolved completely

• Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure technical and business objectives are met

• Advocate for developers by driving feature requests and requirements with Product and Engineering teams

• Develop and maintain expertise in NinjaTrader’s product offerings, technical design, and API capabilities

What you'll need:

• Experience in API support or 3+ years of software development

• Demonstrated expertise with Java, JSON, or using third-party REST API

• Demonstrated experience with technical writing

• Experience with SQL, WebSockets, Java, C++, .NET, and other programming languages are a plus

• A passion for excellent documentation, with strong oral and written communication skills

• Experience troubleshooting complex problems, working effectively across multiple teams

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus
