Summary/Objective 

Varsity Spirit has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Returns Processor at our distribution center in Memphis, TN. 

The Returns Processor coordinates with Sales and Internal Departments to receive, evaluate, and process requires for returns, exchanges, and credits to determine the best option for our customers. The processor enters remake orders and transactions and codes appropriately for scheduling and billing purposes. 

Job Responsibilities  

• Processing returns entered by Sales Reps through computer system.
• Processing resolution transactions in AS400 SAP system.
• Communication with internal departments or vendors as needed to ensure errors are not repeated with replacement order.
• Coordination of shipping to external locations for further inspection or alterations.
• Develop and maintain relationship with Sales and Accounting Teams for handling returns to full customer expectations.
• Coordinate return products from a variety of customers and locations with differing return shipment methods
• Research root cause of issues relating to quality or incorrect product in order to enter returns
• Answer Internal customer service emails from Sales Support and Customer Service
• Special project involvement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Task oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to meet required goals and deadlines
• Must be detail oriented
• Capable of working in a team environment, across multiple departments.
• Systems/Applications: Salesforce, OMS, AS400, PDM, PLM, Excel, Word
• Data Entry- Proficient keyboarding skill.
• Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment

• Requires ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. 
• Must have the ability to lift and carry packages and other items and to walk short distances.

Education, Certification and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
