A key member of the Engineering team, the Application/Project Engineer manages and coordinates projects from design through completion, while ensuring projects are engineered properly. Additionally, the Application/Project Engineer ensures that all drawings/BOM/P&IDs are correct to applicable specifications. Use compressor performance software and gas engine rating software to select existing fleet compressor packages to fit an application.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Cost Analysis capabilities
• Detail oriented and time management skills
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry codes and standards
• Experience with sizing of gas control valves, separators, safety relief valves, heat exchangers and piping systems
• Experience with ASME B31.3 piping and Section VIII vessel codes, industrial drafting standards and symbols, wiring,  
• instrumentation
• Experience with using gas compressor performance software to choose equipment based on the application data received

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in separable natural gas business or related business

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
