Our facilities are located in the US, Europe, Singapore, China and India.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Study Director Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination of studies, from protocol to final report (according to regulatory guidances)</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support / assist the Study Directors in the overall performance of studies</li><li>Make sure that the administration is performed according to regulatory guidelines</li><li>Make sure that the work performed will be described in the analytical report according to regulatory procedures</li><li>Transfer all documentation relating to the research to the archivist for inclusion in the archive</li><li>Learn how to ensure customer satisfaction in the long term and to answer questions</li><li>Learn how to expand the relationship with the customer commercially so any follow-up assignments are awarded to ECL</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Education </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Biochemistry or Life Sciences</li></ul><p><strong>Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Eager to learn and strong customer focus  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good at establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships</li><li>Energetic and enthusiastic with a flexible and dynamic work ethic</li><li>Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written</li><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Are you the driven, proactive colleague we are looking for and would you like to join our team?
