Final Assembly Team Lead

Position Overview:

As a Group Lead in our Final Assembly Department, you will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks and work assignments for team members. You will closely monitor manufacturing progress and provide support to your assigned employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Ensure all safety measures are followed
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to define key production steps, sequences, and durations, and to establish work scope by station or cell
• Assign daily tasks and goals while translating supervisor's weekly objectives into clear daily and hourly targets
• Document daily task completion and coordinate work schedules to align with operational goals
• Assist in preparing standardized work instructions and provide critical process control guidance to production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Implement manufacturing improvements, complex process changes, and technology upgrades
